You can book an event by filling out the Facility Guidelines Agreement and the Information Contract and submitting the contract to our Conference Center Event Coordinator located at the Board of Supervisors Office.For more information on available dates and times, please call 889-8221.

The seating capacity depends on the room size and the type of event you have planned.The Seating Capacity list shows the breakdown of how many people we can fit in the Conference Center.
You can use the refrigerator, the stand up freezer, the ice machine, and the microwave and re-heating units to reheat your food.You may also use the coffee maker and tea maker but you must provide your own coffee and tea.
However, you cannot use the dishwasher to clean your utensils or the walk-in freezer. The Kitchen Guidelines explains why no food may be prepared in the kitchen.
