FACILITY USE AGREEMENT: By typing YES, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of a Russell County Community Center. I assume full liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the facility on the reserved date(s). I further agree that I will assume responsibility for enforcing the rules and regulations noted in the Russell County Park Ordinance.
